Notable women

I thought we were all supposed to err on the side of inclusion for prominent/notable women. Wasn't there some evidence of a systemic bias against prominent women leaders? Just an FYI - both of these subjects meet the notability guidelines set forth under Wikipedia:Notability (academics).
