I saw the list of references you added to this one. While it is great to have references, it is even better to have them inline wiy the parts of the text to which they refer. If you let me know which reference refers to which part of the text, I can do the necessary formatting. Please reply on my talk page. Thanks. – ukexpat (talk) 19:29, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
- No problem, glad to be of help. The easiest way to do it would be to just add the relevant numeral in square brackets at the appropriate places in the text. Then drop me a note on my talk page and will edit to format them properly. Once that's done I will delete the unref'd tag. – ukexpat (talk) 19:47, 30 July 2008 (UTC)
- I have formatted the refs using <ref></ref> tags, added back the {{Reflist}} template which displays them and removed the unreferenced tage. There is however a more serious problem that I have just noticed - the article is lifted in almost its entirety from Steve's website - even though he may have said that's OK it is still a copyright infringement unless the content is formally released for use under the GFDL. The process for doing so is for Steve to send an e-mail from an address associated with the original publication to permissions-en(at)wikimedia(dot)org or a postal message to the Wikimedia Foundation permitting re-use under the GFDL. Thanks. – ukexpat (talk) 13:25, 31 July 2008 (UTC)
- Thanks for following up. When his e-mail has been received by the Foundation it will be recorded so that it can be referred to if anyone calls into question the use of the material at a later date. – ukexpat (talk) 15:10, 31 July 2008 (UTC)

The article Gareth Lloyd has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- Sourced only to a self-written profile on Saatchi sales site. The previous external links did not direct to valid websites. Other than travelling widely, there are no particular claims of notability for this artist. Fails WP:ARTIST.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Sionk (talk) 01:50, 8 June 2014 (UTC)
