The article Youth.SG has been or soon will be deleted from Wikipedia. This happened because the article seems to be about a subject but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable. If you can indicate why the subject is really notable, you are free to re-create the article, making sure to cite any verifiable sources. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. You might also want to read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles.
Please do not remove speedy deletion tags from articles that you have created yourself. If you do not believe the article deserves to be deleted, then please place {{hangon}} on the page and make your case on the article's talk page. Administrators will look at your reasoning before deciding what to do with the article. Thank you. - CobaltBlueTony 04:37, 1 November 2006 (UTC)

License tagging for Image:Youthsg-logo.jpg
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Youthsg-logo.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.
For more information on using images, see the following pages:
This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 09:09, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
I've nominated Youth.sg, an article you created, for deletion. We appreciate your contributions, but in this particular case I do not feel that Youth.sg satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion; I have explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Youth.sg and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Youth.sg during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. RJASE1 Talk 14:19, 11 April 2007 (UTC)
- Please advice indeed! You had the advice when you created the article: pomotional articles about your … company … or articles created as part of a marketing or promotional campaign, will be deleted in accordance with our deletion policies. You chose to ignore the advice. Do not be surprised at the deletion. -- RHaworth 06:00, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
RHaworth: I didn't think it's very nice of you to speak of the deletion in that way. Sure I've made some mistakes, but the wiki page isn't a promotion of a company. and by the way, we're a non-profit organisation set up by a ministry in Singapore *1*. Where does the self-promotion come in?
The page is to inform people who google and find us about its origins and going-ons.
And your advice was hardly advice anyway.
Oh and thanks for biting newcomers [1]--Youthsg 08:56, 12 April 2007 (UTC)
- Very sorry if you consider youself bitten. I will admit to sarcasm but, given the results of the AfD, I claim my message was well within the limits of what constitutes biting. *1* Your question seems painfully naive - within the scope of Wikithink the use of we is an automatic admission of self-promotion. -- RHaworth
