"Wimple" & "Wimpel"
Hi Yoninah and Gutt Voch!: You are something of an expert in the feminine perspective of Yiddishkeit, could you please take a look at a new article: Wimpel created by User:Rabbi-m it strike me as being written as somewhat "tongue in cheek", and should perhaps be re-directed to another article. Thanks, IZAK 09:39, 2 July 2006 (UTC)
- Yoninah, thanks for your great input on the Wimpel article. It is my first contribution, and the fact that Wikipedia had no entry for it was actually my impetus for creating a login and joining the wiki family! I am not sure where IZAK would like to see it redirected to. Rabbi-m 03:53, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

footnotes for biographies and referring to Rabbis
Please take a look at my comments on sourcing articles and on referencing Rabbis in WT:ORBCW. It seems like you are doing most of the work on the Aryeh Levin article, so I'd like to get your input, and if you agree, your cooperation. Thanks! Rabbi-m 03:31, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
what is the protocol? do I respond to you here or on my page where you left comments? Rabbi-m
my annoying multiple succesive edits to the same article
- I am still getting used to wiki editing. I used preview, but then I lost a few paragraphs i was writing when I accidentally his ctrl-w and closed the window I was working in. So I starting saving more often.
- some of my multiple edits are because I thought it would make tracking the changes easier for others.
- The <refs> one was where I messed up using the refs tag to generate footnotes, and it took me a couple tries. The preview didn't show my error.

Naming conventions for yeshivas
Hi Yoninah: An important discussion is taking place at Talk:Telshe yeshiva that concerns issues relating to naming conventions for yeshivas. Your comments and observations at Talk:Telshe yeshiva would be very helpful. Perhaps it should become part of a broader discussion at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Judaism#Naming conventions for yeshivas. Best wishes, IZAK 06:13, 13 July 2006 (UTC)

Breslov rabbis
Hi Yoninah, a Gutten Voch. To the best of my knowledge I had never heard of Category:Breslov Hasidim before you mentioned it and I certainly didn't delete it.
Thank you very much for informing me of the 3 non-rabbis. Clearly, I removed the individuals from Category:Breslov Hasidism as I was unaware that they weren't all rabbis. I have absolutely no issues with re-instating them if evidence is presented.
I will shortly proceed to remove them but I really have to be 100% confident that none of them possess(ed) Semicha, which isn't a foregone conclusion. Have you any further evidence? Many thanks, Nesher 22:59, 15 July 2006 (UTC)
- Yoninah, are you being serious? That's a needless category if ever there was one, where we'd know from the outset that the occupant(s) would never number more than one!
If you're really that concerned, I'd suggest putting Reb Nachman- no, he already is in the * section, which clearly denotes and implies something different and more important about him than the other category occupants. On common sense alone, I feel no further emendations are necessary. Many thanks, Nesher 13:40, 16 July 2006 (UTC)

Hi
Hi Yoninah. Would you mind e-mailing me? Jayjg (talk) 22:54, 28 July 2006 (UTC)
- I was concerned about a link to a Holocaust denial site that you added to the Kurt Becher article. Jayjg (talk) 17:42, 14 August 2006 (UTC)

36 (number) article
Hi, I noticed that back in july you removed some links I had included as citations in the number 36 article such to the 36 clothing label, I was wondering what the reason was, as I was under the impression that linking for purposes of a citation was appropriate, did you view them as just unnecessary or was it that they were to companies or something along those lines, just to check for my own knowledge of what is the appropriate method when deciding whether to provide a link for citation purposes.Number36 01:08, 24 November 2006 (UTC)
Orthodox Judaism and feminism
Hi Yoninah: Haven't heard from you in a while. There is an article on Jewish feminism that mentions its connection with Orthodox Judaism, Jewish feminism#Orthodox Judaism and feminism, it seems to be from a Modern Orthodox perspective only, and needs to be broadened.
