I would like to thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. However, it is recommended that you use the preview button before you save; this helps you find any errors you have made, and prevents clogging up recent changes and the page history. Thanks again. An answer and a little question

[edit]

You mentioned, "I guess you're a Singaporean living overseas."

I'm not a Singaporean citizen, but have been living in Singapore for a long, long time. And since you brought up this topic... Are you from Singapore too? :) Kimchi.sg 07:38, 21 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

One of your most recent articles has been put up for deletion. Just wanted to let you know in case you were unaware. Voice of Treason 09:40, 19 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Also, Enlightment Age has been proposed for deletion. NickelShoe (Talk) 17:25, 19 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I've put up other Rise of Nations articles up for deletion too at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Rise of Nations Resources (note: this is about multiple articles, not just the Rise of Nations Resources one). You might want to explain why they are notable and should be kept in Wikipedia. - Dammit 11:01, 28 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Kiddy Grade

[edit]

I notice that you have an interest in Kiddy Grade, from the article history. Unfortunatly, the entire article was copied from another site. I am currently wikifying the page to improve layout and ease of use, but all the text remains copied. If display enough interest to assist me in retyping up the bios of the characters it would be helpful. Thanks --Crampy20 21:44, 24 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned fair use image (Image:4592180852.09. SS500 SCLZZZZZZZ V1134025147 .jpg)

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:4592180852.09. SS500 SCLZZZZZZZ V1134025147 .jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable under fair use (see our fair use policy).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any fair use images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. License tagging for Image:Ashiya Mizuki.jpg

[edit]

Thanks for uploading Image:Ashiya Mizuki.jpg. Wikipedia gets thousands of images uploaded every day, and in order to verify that the images can be legally used on Wikipedia, the source and copyright status must be indicated. Images need to have an image tag applied to the image description page indicating the copyright status of the image. This uniform and easy-to-understand method of indicating the license status allows potential re-users of the images to know what they are allowed to do with the images.

For more information on using images, see the following pages:

This is an automated notice by OrphanBot. If you need help on selecting a tag to use, or in adding the tag to the image description, feel free to post a message at Wikipedia:Media copyright questions. 02:05, 7 March 2007 (UTC)

I have added a "{{prod}}" template to the article Prits, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but I don't believe it satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and I've explained why in the deletion notice (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may contest the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page. Also, please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:1595329242_01_SS500_SCLZZZZZZZ_V1134082752_.jpg. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use. Suggestions on how to do so can be found here.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. Videmus Omnia Talk 02:41, 4 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Speedy deletion of Atsushi Ohkubo

[edit]

A tag has been placed on Atsushi Ohkubo requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is an article with no content whatsoever, or whose contents consist only of external links, "See also" section, book reference, category tag, template tag, interwiki link, rephrasing of the title, or an attempt to contact the subject of the article. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. AfD nomination of Atsushi Okubo

[edit]

I have nominated Atsushi Okubo, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Atsushi Okubo. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time. Fuuga

[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Fuuga, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process. All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Proposed deletion of Romantic Egoist

[edit]

The article Romantic Egoist has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Unnotable series of one-shot stories tacked on to the volumes of Ouran High School Host Club. Neither serialized nor published separately, no independent coverage in reliable, third party sources, and no such title of Romantic Egoist given to the chapters - first is called Egoist, others have separate titles. Fails WP:BK and WP:GNG

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the Proposed Deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The Speedy Deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and Articles for Deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. -- Collectonian (talk · contribs) 06:17, 5 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Unreferenced BLPs

Hello Yezhanquan! Thank you for your contributions. I am a bot alerting you that 9 of the articles that you created are tagged as Unreferenced Biographies of Living Persons. If you were to bring these articles up to standards, it would greatly help us with the current 42 article backlog. Once the articles are adequately referenced, please remove the {{unreferencedBLP}} tag. Here is the list:

Please contact me if you're unsure why you received this message. avs5221 (talk) 04:28, 2 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article UYAMUYA has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

While the individuals may be notable, that doesn't meant that they are notable as a pair, or that Ayamuya is a notable name. Any mentions of them frequently working together should be mentioned on their respective articles with accommodating sources, not on a separate article.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. —Farix (t | c) 12:50, 15 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello, I'm Lemonaka. I wanted to let you know that I removed one or more of your recent additions to the page Chen Shi (Han dynasty) because it appeared to be in a language other than English. We can only accept English-language text on this version of Wikipedia; if you would like to contribute to a Wikipedia in another language, please visit the List of Wikipedias and see if a version of Wikipedia exists in your desired language. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks! Lemonaka (talk) 14:20, 29 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

I haven't reverted any of your edits, but please translate your cite next time when you added a reference. Lemonaka (talk) 14:23, 29 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]
[edit]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Cao Huan, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Prince of Chenliu. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:11, 6 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Qin Shi Huang dates

[edit]

Hi, a few months ago you added these notes to Qin Shi Huang's page discussing the chronology of his birth, accession and death. Where did you find those converted dates? or did you convert them yourself? I know about this online converter, but I don't think it has the option for the Qin dynasty. Tintero21 (talk) 09:33, 9 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, I used this one: https://ytliu0.github.io/ChineseCalendar/

An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Yi Sun-sin, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Chungmu.

Chinese-language text

[edit]

Hey—when you add Chinese-language text, or anything not in English, to an article, make sure you properly tag it as such for accessibility and semantics reasons per Wikipedia:Manual of Style#Non-English terms: you can use the {{lang|zh}} or simply {{zhi}} templates for characters, and {{tlit|zh}} or {{py}} templates for pinyin.
