Your recent additions to Office Open XML
[edit]Standardization of Office Open XML, as I'm sure you're aware, is a controversial issue. Your additions are to a Wikipedia article that has a lot of history, and you would do well to read the discussion archives of both Office Open XML and Standardization of Office Open XML.
In particular, we are trying to stay away from so-called "self-published sources," like Rob Weir's blog. You can read about "SPSes" at Wikipedia's Verifiability Policy. (Furthermore, Rob Weir is an employee of IBM, who backs the competing document format ODF, and therefore has a vested interest in seeing ODF succeed at the expense of OOXML.)
Your additions are less likely to be reverted if you discuss them on the talk page first. Thanks, WalterGR (talk | contributions) 03:24, 16 April 2008 (UTC)
