[edit]Hi YesuJireh! Thanks for contributing to Wikipedia. |

[edit]Hello, I'm Numbermaniac. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made with this edit to Iglesia Evangelica Unida de Criso, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, -- (T) Numbermaniac (C) 08:01, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
Hi, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you tried to give Iglesia Evangelica Unida de Cristo a different title by copying its content and pasting either the same content, or an edited version of it, into another page with a different name. This is known as a "cut and paste move", and it is undesirable because it splits the page history, which is legally required for attribution. Instead, the software used by Wikipedia has a feature that allows pages to be moved to a new title together with their edit history.
In most cases, once your account is four days old and has ten edits, you should be able to move an article yourself using the "Move" tab at the top of the page. This both preserves the page history intact and automatically creates a redirect from the old title to the new. If you cannot perform a particular page move yourself this way (e.g. because a page already exists at the target title), please follow the instructions at requested moves to have it moved by someone else. Also, if there are any other pages that you moved by copying and pasting, even if it was a long time ago, please list them at Wikipedia:Cut and paste move repair holding pen. No copy-and-paste moves
[edit]Please see this before reverting my edit again. Once the page I tagged for deletion gets deleted, the other page will be moved to the deleted one so that both articles exist; one being a redirect and the other one being an article itself (it'll be as it is now, only that the revision history will also get moved, which needs to be done). smtchahaltalk 10:38, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
Don't worry; the page I tagged for deletion will not stay deleted (and I'm replying here because I don't think you'd want to keep checking my talk page frequently and I request you to reply here rather than on my talk page, because I am watching this page). It is only being done because we wouldn't be able to move Iglesia Evangelica Unida de Criso (the title with the typo) to Iglesia Evangelica Unida de Cristo (the actual title) if the latter article exists. Pages should always be moved via the "Move" button (just as you moved "United Evangelical Church of Christ in the Philippines" to "Iglesia Evangelica Unida de Criso") rather than copy-pasting, for technical reasons. Again, you don't need to worry about the article getting deleted . Cheers, smtchahaltalk 10:58, 21 May 2013 (UTC)
