Concerning the new picture you uploaded, commons:File:Sarah pic.jpg, it appears to have been published before on Sarah's MySpace, so I'm afraid there will need to be some proof that this image was really taken by you. The by far easiest way would be if you could upload a new version of the image in a higher resolution, preferrably the original one. The image is probably going to be deleted again in the meantime.
Concerning the professional pictures, the first step will need to be that the owner of the copyright (this is probably either the photographer or Sarah Siskind, depending on the terms that were agreed upon when the picture was taken) will need to agree to release it under a free license. When they do, the image can be uploaded with an {{OTRS pending}} tag, and an e-mail needs to be sent to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org with a clear statement of permission, mentioning the image in question.

I know that this seems complicated, but these rules are there to protect the rights of the author of an image. I hope you understand.
