- Yanni, I am interested in working together with you and other Greek Wikipedians, but my interest is more about Greek history, and I was just about to propose that we form a wikiproject on Greek history. Thoughts?Argos'Dad 03:33, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
- I have some thoughts. We can create a Wikipedia:WikiProject Military history/Greek military history task force within the scope of the Wikiproject military history ( I have now in mind the Wikipedia:WikiProject Military history/French military history task force) or a seperate WIkiproject: Greek History, but I haven't seen any similar project. In any case, when I'll be back (in a couple of days), I'll contact you again and you'll discuss the whole matter in detail. Happy you're interested!--Yannismarou 07:21, 1 September 2006 (UTC)
- Gia sou. Yes, I'm in Athens at the moment, and have already had my holidays. A Greek history project sounds very interesting and I can help out whenever you need me as well as participated in the project. Just let me know what needs to be done.--Damac 18:38, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
- My own interest is more in the language-related topics, but you can count me in when it comes to Byzantine sources and things like that. I could dig out stuff from Byzantine historiographers, for instance, if there should be a need. Fut.Perf. ☼ 20:15, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
- Yannis thanks for the invitation. Count me in. I agree with Fut.Perf. about Byzantine history as well, but can work on modern topics centered around metapolitefsi, Karamanlis etc. BTW nice job on metapolitefsi. Maybe now we can start taking a few tags out of that article? Take care for now. Τάσος. (Dr.K. 13:02, 8 September 2006 (UTC))
- Thanks, guys for your response. I think I'll set the project tomorrow or Sunday the latest. Then I'll contact with all of you and I think that through co-operation we can work it out and set our priorities. Thanks, Tassos, for your nice words. The tags were not added by me, but I'll comment on the talk page of the article.--Yannismarou 14:39, 8 September 2006 (UTC)
