Network Controllability section in Controllability
[edit]I removed the Network Controllability section you added to Controllability. The only reference was a May 2011 one of which it appears you are the first author. This sort of advertising is not appropriate for Wikipedia. This particular notion of Network Controllability has not stabilized (so to speak) and thus is still WP:OR. It may be appropriate to include this work within a larger selection, but it would be more appropriate if the work had been referenced by several others first. Such a section would also include the more well-known notions of network controllability from much older literature (consider, for example, the network controllability used in mobile robotics/swarm applications). More importantly, Wikipedia's policy states that first authors should not be commenting on their own work. —TedPavlic (talk/contrib/@) 18:51, 20 November 2011 (UTC)
