The article Ephraim Halevy, has been speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This happened because the article seems to be a biographical account about a person but it does not indicate how or why that person is notable. If you can indicate why Ephraim Halevy is really notable, I advise you to edit the article promptly, and also put a note on Talk:Ephraim Halevy.
