College Health Article - Mental Health

[edit]

Hi, Xushar. I noticed your post on the talk page of the College Health article, specifically that your group intends to add mental health as a topic. My name is Sharon, and I will also be editing this article along with my peers as part of an undergraduate Inquiry project addressing health information technology. I'm not sure if you're aware, but I made a post on the talk page with several new topics we will be addressing, one being mental health. I've outline our original plan below. We will let you and your group focus on mental health.

  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Eating disorders (incorporating body dysmorphia in discussion with anorexia nervosa and binge eating disorders)

Will your group be addressing the prevalence of eating disorders among college students as well? If so, let me know. Otherwise, my group will add it onto another section.

Please don't hesitate to contact me on my talk page. Manlymanstan (talk) 18:05, 25 October 2019 (UTC) macbhscF2019[reply]

College health article - moving the cannabis section

[edit]

Hi Xushar, Thanks for your group's updates to the mental health section of the article! As our group from McMaster has added a section on substance use, we were thinking the "Trends and Problems of Marijuana Use in College" section might be better classified as a 'Cannabis' section under substance use. The section looks great as it is, so we could just move it to the new subheading without any changes. Let me know what your group thinks on my talk page Bigmanlyman (talk), or feel free to move the section if you agree! Thanks again for your contributions to the article!
