User talk:Xenomrph
Welcome
[edit]I realize this is way late, since you've been contributing since June 2006, but I thought I'd make it official:
Welcome!
Hello, Xenomrph, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Here are some pages that you might find helpful:
- The five pillars of Wikipedia
- Tutorial
- How to edit a page
- How to write a great article
- Manual of Style
I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Please sign your messages on discussion pages using four tildes (~~~~); this will automatically insert your username and the date. If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions, ask me on my talk page, or ask your question on this page and then place {{helpme}}
before the question. Again, welcome!
Also, if you are in fact the webmaster/administrator of the AvP Online Encyclopedia, then I recommend you read WP:COI before contributing to more Alien-related articles. I'm not warning you or anything, just giving an FYI that the guideline exists. --IllaZilla (talk) 03:14, 6 October 2008 (UTC)
Message from WikiProject Alien
[edit]Hello!
You are receiving this message because you have previously identified yourself as a member of WikiProject Alien, either because your name appears on the Participants page or because you have placed the project userbox on your user page.
There is currently a discussion on the project's talk page regarding a proposal to merge the project into a task force of either WikiProject Horror or WikiProject Science Fiction. As a project member, your input would be greatly appreciated in this discussion. Do you think the project ought to be merged into a task force, or remain separate? If you are in favor of a merger, which WikiProject do you think should be the parent? Please comment at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Alien#Task force merger.
Thank you. --IllaZilla (talk) 03:03, 12 February 2009 (UTC)
