Hello, Xaagkx, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions; I hope you like the place and decide to stay. We're glad to have you in our community! Here are a few good links for newcomers:
- If you haven't already, drop by the New user log and tell others a bit about yourself.
- Always sign your posts on talk pages! That way, others will know who left which comments.
- The Five Pillars of Wikipedia
- Simplified Ruleset
- How to edit a page
- Editing, policy, conduct, and structure tutorial
- Picture tutorial
- How to write a great article
- Naming conventions
- Manual of Style

I hope you enjoy editing here and being a Wikipedian! Though we all make goofy mistakes, here is what Wikipedia is not. If you have any questions or concerns, don't hesitate to see the help pages or add a question to the village pump. The Community Portal can also be very useful.
Happy editing!

P.S. Feel free to leave a message on my talk page if you need help with anything or simply wish to say hello. :)
Thank you for taking the time to edit these articles. However, there are a couple of minor things you might want to know about. First, the "show preview" button below the editing box will let you check the results of your revisions without actually saving them. The idea is to save only after you've finished tweaking things, as otherwise you get a dozen or more lines in the article history, which is confusing to wade through. Second, changes to articles themselves generally aren't signed - only discussion threads, which are usually on talk pages. Third, while the "fun fact" you added is interesting, articles generally use a more dry and boring tone. I've moved this to a "trivia" section, which fits a bit better with the desired style.
You can find more information at WP:MoS. Welcome to Wikipedia, and keep up the good work! --Christopher Thomas 04:14, 20 February 2006 (UTC)

[edit]Hi, I redirected the article you just created to Emoticon, that article is quite extensive, and already covers the content of your article. If you have any questions, let me know. --lightdarkness (talk) 04:16, 20 February 2006 (UTC)
Re: Thanks
[edit]Hey, no problem! My user and talk pages were formatted with a bit of HTML; you might like to create your own design here. :) Regards, Sango123 (talk) 21:35, 20 February 2006 (UTC)
