I noticed the description page specifies that the media is being used under a claim of fair use, but its use in Wikipedia articles fails the first non-free content criterion in that it illustrates a subject for which a freely licensed media could be found or created that provides substantially the same information or which could be adequately covered with text alone. If you believe this media is not replaceable, please:

Go to the media description page and edit it to add {{di-replaceable fair use disputed}}, without deleting the original replaceable fair use template.
On the image discussion page, write the reason why this image is not replaceable at all.

Alternatively, you can also choose to replace this non-free media by finding freely licensed media of the same subject, requesting that the copyright holder release this (or similar) media under a free license, or by taking a picture of it yourself.

If you did not create this file yourself, you will need to specify the owner of the copyright. If you obtained it from a website, please add a link to the page from which it was taken, together with a brief restatement of the website's terms of use of its content. If the original copyright holder is a party unaffiliated with the website, that author should also be credited. Please add this information by editing the image description page.

If the necessary information is not added within the next days, the image will be deleted. If the file is already gone, you can still make a request for undeletion and ask for a chance to fix the problem.

You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for a number of reasons. The most important reason is that you have persisted in uploading files that violate copyright and/or Wikipedia's free use policy, despite numerous messages about this over the course of several months. There have also been numerous other problems with your editing, many of which have been documented in messages on this talk page, almost all of which you have simply removed without responding to them. I will, however, mention one other thing which may or may not have been mentioned in talk page messages (I have not read every one of the innumerable messages.) There have been times when you have made claims which you must have been aware were not justified, as for example in the case of a file which was tagged for deletion, where you posted a template saying that the file had been the subject of a deletion discussion which had closed as "keep", despite the fact that there had never been any such discussion, and similar cases where you have claimed talk page consensus without any such consensus being visible. All in all, I think there is far more than enough reason to believe that your presence as a Wikipedia editor does more harm than good, considering the amount of other editors' time that is wasted in warning you, clearing up after you, and so on. If you think there are good reasons why you should be unblocked, you may appeal this block by adding below this notice the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}, but you should read the guide to appealing blocks first.
