ArbCom 2023 Elections voter message

[edit]

Hello! Voting in the 2023 Arbitration Committee elections is now open until 23:59 (UTC) on Monday, 11 December 2023. All eligible users are allowed to vote. Users with alternate accounts may only vote once.

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.

If you wish to participate in the 2023 election, please review the candidates and submit your choices on the voting page. If you no longer wish to receive these messages, you may add {{NoACEMM}} to your user talk page. MediaWiki message delivery (talk) 00:54, 28 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Magnolia677 (talk) 14:53, 23 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Magnolia677. Thank you for your contributions to that article. Over the past few months, you have made the article more concise and you've shown a desire to ensure its accuracy. I hope it is clear from my other edits that I am not restoring these claims to leave them as is, but because they are factual, but still need a reliable source added. While I know you mean well, deleting these tags and the attached claims makes the article less helpful for readers and harder for multiple contributors to keep track of progress on these citations. I have restored them and added cn tags so that other contributors know what to look for. Please see Wikipedia:Citation needed
I noticed some passages you kept in the article are both unverified and not cited, while you removed passages that can be confirmed easily. To ensure no one is editing over one another and to go over verified and unverified claims in the article, it may be best to move this discussion to the article talk page. This will allow other contributors to benefit from the discussion about what still needs to be cited and creating a plan improve the article. I'm also happy to go over what expertise the community and I can offer wrt the restored claims. Wswoo22 (talk) 15:21, 23 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]
