List of Australian films

[edit]

Hi, I've noticed you've been persistent in adding certain film titles to the List of Australian films articles. There are a few concerns that I have in that the table formatting starts getting a little messy (which we're happy to come along and fix, or to help out with how to edit tables). My other concern is that you are adding film titles with little to know reference or source material available. On searching for information regarding the film titles and directors you've added, it apepars there are no records found which indicates that the film is probably not of substantial notability to include on the list. If you need any clarification or discussion about these films, please let me know, or talk you can also talk to some other wikipedia film users (such as Hoverfish, or Ernst Stavro Blofeld. It's good to see you're interested in adding titles, but we want to make sure the lists remain clean and appropriate. Peter 05:38, 29 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Bart Willoughby

[edit]

I've resurrected the information that you tried to add to Bart Willoughby. I cannot know what went wrong in the first place but at least you have not lost all of your work. The article still needs lots of work to bring it up to Wikipedia standards. Do you know how to add Wiki links? Do you know how to add citations to the source of your information? A tag has been placed on Brian Syron, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. If you plan to expand the article, you can request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material. To do this, affix the template {{hangon}} to the article and state your intention on the article's talk page. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. August 2023

[edit]

Information icon Hello. Your recent edit to North Sydney Girls High School appears to have added the name of a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you.
