Regarding your merge of NLite and vLite and other similar articles into Software remastering: it's a reasonable solution as far as I can see, but it's my understanding that articles aren't supposed to be turned into redirects during an AfD, for technical reasons among others. Please see the discussion at WP:EDITATAFD. It may be necessary to restore the content of the NLite and vLite article until the AfD discussion is closed, or you may want to consult an admin about the correct procedure.
