Given the assertion of a copyright by the person you indicated was the image source, I took the liberty of deleting the image. Please note that the copyright holder must give Wikipedia copyright permission to use an image, unless the image is available as public domain or for fair use. On further investigation, I discovered all the images you uploaded were from Janet Echelman's website, and all appeared to be under copyright. Wikipedia takes copyrights very seriously. I have gone ahead and deleted them; I am sorry for not giving you more notice, however Wikiepdia is widely mirrored. A mislicensed image can be rapidly copied around the internet, possibly damaging the value of the image to the author. If I have made a mistake here, please let me know and I will see what I can do about fixing it. As it is, you may want to read through Wikipedia:Copyrights. Thanks for the note! In general an image is replaceable (and thus, not available under fair use) if another image could be obtained of the same thing or if other freely licensed images already exist. Thus we are not likely to be able to use photos of a public sculpture under fair use. We will have to either get the permissions from the photographer (see Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials, although they often say no), or have someone else take a picture/donate a picture.

There's a second consideration, which is the copyright held by the sculptor in the work. That is a good deal more complex, so perhaps we can cross that bridge when we come to it (certainly, a fair use claim can be made to illustrate the sculpture).

You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve.
