User talk:Winglet013
{{unblock|I created two user winglet13 and winglet013 because I forgot the password and e-mail i gave for user winglet13. I'd lite to continue using winglet013 and i kindly ask you to unblock winglet013.}}
The above sounds convincing in view of the contributions of winglet13 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log) and winglet013 (talk · contribs · deleted contribs · logs · filter log · block user · block log). I see no abuse of multiple accounts here and recommend unblocking this account. I am asking Favonian to comment. Sandstein 09:51, 16 September 2010 (UTC)
Questions regarding your unblock request
[edit]I accept the reason you give for your use of two accounts. However, before unblocking you I would like to clear up something. With your first account (Winglet13 (talk · contribs)) you made two attempts to create an article Turkish Engine Center/TEC (aviation), which were speedily deleted as blatant advertisement. During this process, you ran up a number of warnings regarding the removal of speedy deletion tags. Then, 11 days later, you made a new attempt with your new account. I would therefore like you to answer these key questions:
- Do you understand that Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, and not a business directory?
- Do you understand conflict of interest?
- Do you understand that to be considered for an encylopedia article, the subject must be considered to be notable?

winglet013 It was fist time for me to participate wikipedia, i didn't know about the tags or user talk page. I thought that the html code or something causes an error. That's why i deleted the tags. I read a lot of articles in wikipedia and understood it. Thank you very much —Preceding unsigned comment added by Winglet013 (talk • contribs) 12:55, September 16, 2010 (UTC)
- Interpreting your answer to mean that you will no longer attempt to create articles about your organization, I shall unblock you. Favonian (talk) 17:01, 16 September 2010 (UTC)
