We write in prose rather than using numbered/lettered lists and as our audience is no one specific group we use person rather than "patient". Thus this edit was not ideal. [1]. Wikipedia can be a little complicated to get the hang of at first but can be a lot of fun and a good way to learn medicine. I have added some review articles.

I recommend that you take some time and read about how things work before jumping in all the way :-) A couple of useful sources for starters are WP:MEDRS and WP:MEDMOS

There are also some easy techniques for adding sources that have PMIDs including one in the edit box. If you have not found it can provide further details.
