Help with Bombardment of Greytown

- Thanks for your prompt reply.
- I found this advice online: "If you plan to make substantial edits to a Wikipedia article, it is generally considered good practice to first draft your changes on the article's talk page, especially if the edits are significant or potentially controversial, allowing for discussion and feedback from other editors before implementing them directly on the article itself." To do this, it said to "Start a new section [add topic?] on the talk page.
- Should I just copy everything in my sandbox draft, including the (appropriately modified) introduction, and paste it all into a new add-topic on the article's talk page?
