In case you want to know: no, you can't add images located outside Wikipedia (or the Commons) to the articles; the wiki software does not allow that due to copyright and vandalism concerns. If you want the image to be used in the article, and either it is under a free license, or it meets the fair use policy, please upload it to Wikipedia instead. (See our image use policy.) - Mike Rosoft 14:40, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
I am afraid I have nominated the article Sarah Donna Schwartz for speedy deletion, under the criterion A7 - article making no claim of notability about its subject. See our notability guidelines for people.
If you think that you can assert the notability of the subject, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm the subject's notability under Wikipedia guidelines. - Mike Rosoft 14:44, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
