Hi, I'm RonBot, a script that checks new non-free file uploads. I have found that the subject image that you recently uploaded was more than 5% in excess of the Non-free content guideline size of 100,000 pixels. I have tagged the image for a standard reduction, which (for jpg/gif/png/svg files) normally happens within a day. Please check the reduced image, and make sure that the image is not excessively corrupted. Other files will be added to Category:Wikipedia non-free file size reduction requests for manual processing. There is a full seven-day period before the original oversized image will be hidden; during that time you might want to consider editing the original image yourself (perhaps an initial crop to allow a smaller reduction or none at all). A formula for calculation the desired size can be found at WP:Image resolution, along with instructions on how to tag the image in the rare cases that it requires an oversized image (typically about 0.2% of non-free uploads are tagged as necessarily oversized). Please contact the bot owner if you have any questions, or you can ask them at Wikipedia talk:Non-free content. See User:RonBot for info on how to not get these messages. Hi Wiki mih. I've noticed that you've been uploading lots of files for the "Hofele-Design" article and emailing OTRS to verify their copyright ownership. Are you connected to the company in anyway but the nature of your edits to the article make it seem that there's at least a WP:APPARENTCOI. If, by chance, you are connected to the company, I suggest you take a close look at Wikipedia:Plain and simple conflict of interest guide to familiarize yourself with Wikipedia's position on conflict-of-interest (COI) editing. Although Wikipedia doesn't expressly prohibit COI editing, it does highly discourage it and expects such editors to follow relevant policies and guidelines. You need to be particularly careful if you have some kind of financial COI with respect to Hofele because this would likely mean you would be subject to Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure. If you were unaware of any of these things until now, then that's OK; however, you will need to make sure your edits which have anything to do with Hofele in any Wikipedia article from this point forward do comply with relevant guidelines and policies. It's very important to understand that a Wikipedia article is written about a subject; it's not written for or on behalf of a subject. This means that the article should not be seen as a way of promoting Hofele or its designs and that article content should really only reflect what is written about the company in independent and secondary reliable sources. -- Marchjuly (talk) 05:06, 29 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]
