Unbundling edits
[edit]Drew, you are making progress in adding substantive material to the unbundling article. JMB — Preceding unsigned comment added by JMBauer (talk • contribs) 21:26, 22 February 2011 (UTC)
Feedback from Johannes M. Bauer
[edit]You made some good edits to the telecommunications section. The edits could mention that unbundling was more narrowly construed since 2003, essentially limited to local loops. Prior to 2003, switching and other network elements were also included but the FCC found that they did not meet the standards required by the Telecommunications Act of 1996 (to pass "necessity" and "impairment" tests). These loops are often priced using TELRIC (Total Element Long Run Incremental Costs), an incremental costs standard. --JMBauer (talk) 22:16, 1 March 2011 (UTC)
Feedback by JM Bauer on Antenna Structure Regulation
[edit]This is a substantive piece of work. I was surprise to see the note on top of the page. Am not sure how/why if was added. Could you please consult your online ambassador to get some feedback? This is an area that I do not know in detail but it seems that you pulled together factual information on a legitimate topic. --JMBauer (talk) 20:18, 29 March 2011 (UTC)
