A tag has been placed on WikiPasy, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done because it is an article about a certain website, blog, forum, or other web content that does not assert the importance or significance of that web location. Please read our criteria for speedy deletion, particularly item 7 under Articles, as well as notability guidelines for websites. Please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources which verify their content.

Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait a while for you to add contextual material, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on Talk:WikiPasy. Feel free to leave a note on my talk page if you have any questions about this. Thanks. -- lucasbfr talk 08:38, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you have a close connection to some of the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest. In keeping with Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy, edits where there is a conflict of interest, or where such a conflict might reasonably be inferred from the tone of the edit and the proximity of the editor to the subject, are strongly discouraged. If you have a conflict of interest, you should avoid or exercise great caution when:

  1. editing articles related to you, your organization, or its competitors, as well as projects and products they are involved with,
  2. participating in deletion discussions about articles related to your organization or its competitors,
  3. linking to the Wikipedia article or website of your organization in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam);
    and you must always:
  4. avoid breaching relevant policies and guidelines, especially neutral point of view, verifiability, and autobiography.

Accounts used solely for blatant self-promotion may be blocked indefinitely without further warning.

For more details, please read the Conflict of Interest guideline. Thank you. -- lucasbfr talk 08:38, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I nominated since you don't assert why WikiPasy fits our WP:WEB policy in the article. You do write it aims at creating largest and complete information source, but in no way you say it has been for example been the subject of multiple non-trivial published works whose source is independent of the site itself. I suggest you to reat out WP:Notability guidelines. The argument on the existence of other less important wikis is flawed by the very nature of Wikipedia, there are articles that shouldn't be here, and we are probably missing some very important subjects. -- lucasbfr talk 09:19, 4 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]
