Is this how decisions are made here? What is the reason. Where is the evidence?

Just for the record, a number of edits were made to Eurofighter Typhoon from an IP address that I confirmed to be just another dynamic IP of the continuing sockpuppetry of Wikzilla. I s-protected the page, and Wikawuka, shows up less than an hour later making the exact same edit with exactly the same edit summary argument. This was the user's first edit, though the account was created back on Sept 29...and interestingly, on that date, the account was set up within a half hour of Wikzilla bragging that he had multiple accounts and threatening the use of them to ensure that his edits were accomplished.
