Some hyperlinks to other articles will help clarify terms, and maybe making the synthesis image smaller? Its kind of massive and take away from the rest of the information you are giving. Taking some time to add information in the medical uses based on the biophysical aspects of the drug, like how it works if you know? or just say the the mechanism of action is unknown.
