Careful. Regarding this, use of "asshole" is a WP:BLP violation. And since you cited WP:DAILYMAIL with your very first edit under this account, it's safe to state that you are not new to editing Wikipedia. I will now request that your edit summary is expunged. Re Lily Madigan

That BBC reference is actually to statements made by the subject of the article herself and, as such, provides no evidentiary benefit. To my absolute knowledge she is not the first and unlikely to be the second. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
