Wikipedia is a free encyclopaedia, but that doesn't mean that just anything can be included in it. Information on Wikipedia needs to be verifiable: since an encyclopaedia is not a primary source, any statements included in it must have been already published somewhere else. Furthermore, Wikipedia is emphatically not a way to 'make something popular amongst the public' - it's an encyclopaedia, and only things that are already popular or important may be included. I have deleted your article again and protected it against recreation.
