[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Kia Drayton, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot.
- Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
- Cluebot produces very few false positives, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been detected as unconstructive, please report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
- The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Kia Drayton was changed by Werthstar12 (u) (t) making a minor change with obscenities on 2010-04-19T16:54:13+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot (talk) 16:54, 19 April 2010 (UTC)
Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to the page Teanna Kai. Such edits constitute vandalism and are reverted. Please do not continue to make unconstructive edits to pages; use the sandbox for testing. Thank you. Jusdafax 16:55, 19 April 2010 (UTC)
Please do not vandalize pages, as you did with this edit to WDJT-TV. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked from editing. Jusdafax 17:02, 19 April 2010 (UTC)
This is the final warning that you will receive regarding your disruptive edits, such as this edit you made to Geoffrey Appleyard. If you vandalize Wikipedia again, you will be blocked from editing without further notice. Jusdafax 17:07, 19 April 2010 (UTC)
Fun
[edit]Re: User:Werthstar12] - well said. We welcome positive contributions, but aim to make negative contributions as un-fun as possible. Acroterion (talk) 17:12, 19 April 2010 (UTC)
I see, and just how do you do it so fast? Werthstar12 (talk) 17:27, 19 April 2010 (UTC)
- There are several automated tools that screen incoming edits, such as Wikipedia:Huggle, or just quick scans of the recent changes log. With practice, it's simple to discern bad edits. The warnings are done with an automated tool called Twinkle. There are also edit filters which work directly from Wikipedia's servers that tag or disallow certain kinds of edits. Probably a doze3n or more administrators and a hundred or more regular editors are patrolling edits at this time of day. Acroterion (talk) 17:30, 19 April 2010 (UTC)
- Now that you've tested the system, I encourage you to see how you might improve the encyclopedia - spelling, references, or whatever interests you. There are 3.26 million articles out there, and most could be improved. Acroterion (talk) 17:33, 19 April 2010 (UTC)
- Allow me to agree: a subject you are interested in, even fascinated with, is the way to participation here. Consider trying it out. Jusdafax 18:34, 19 April 2010 (UTC)
