The suggested edits and changes Wendy and Christina have proposed for the John Shaw Billings article are valid and should be made. As one of the most influential and significant figures in the establishment of Johns Hopkins Hospital, Billings should have more information about his medical contributions and roles at Johns Hopkins in his article. Visuals will help enhance the page and give it more appeal. I liked how they organized their outline/plan of action. All the sources were accredited and relevant to the topic. Perhaps they could have been more specific with the details of the current article they would like to change, listing specific edits that should be made using the sources they listed.23penguin (talk) 21:49, 24 March 2017 (UTC)
I agree that it is important that you place some emphasis on the current day impact of Billings' work. Maybe there would be a way to combine "Notable Achievements" and "Impact" or "Impact" and "Present-day influence" sections. I'm not sure about the specifics of what you plan on adding, but I feel they are very connected and may be indistinguishable in some aspects. Also even though it might not be directly related to his work with Hopkins, his work as a librarian I think is important for the cataloging medical archives. Slu30 (talk) 20:19, 8 April 2017 (UTC)
