Template:Bdd
[edit]Hi, I noticed you created this and linked a few scientist articles to it. As the MOS no longer recommends linking dates for autoformatting, I was trying to tweak it and relized it is actually redundant; there's another template which I think does the same job. As the template gives dates in the US format (M-D-Y), and most if not all of the scientists are European, would you mind if I replaced the article instances of the template with ordinary dates and deleted the template? Alternatively we could tweak the template if I am mistaken and it does something special in terms of utility. See what you think. Best wishes, --John (talk) 04:10, 21 September 2008 (UTC)
