[edit]Hello, "Watch Spotlight". I am interested to know why you chose such a username, which not only promotes a copyrighted commercial film, but may be taken to imply that some kind of agenda is at work in regards to your edits of WP:BLP articles for Catholic clergy. Placing that aside for the time being, I wish to mention your reliance on the site "BishopAccountability.org". This is not an acceptable source on Wikipedia. It would seem that its main utility here is to republish articles from the mainstream media. Therefore, it should be uncontroversial to simply site the original article from the original publisher, and if possible, link to it in those archives instead. Thank you, I wish you all the best! 2600:8800:1880:188:5604:A6FF:FE38:4B26 (talk) 21:48, 10 November 2018 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, Watch Spotlight. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for organizations for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, company, organization or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (see the {{request edit}} template);
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see WP:DISCLOSE);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see WP:SPAM);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you must disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation (see WP:PAID).
Also please note that editing for the purpose of advertising, publicising, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Please also see; User_talk:Watch_Spotlight#November_2018. K.e.coffman (talk) 18:37, 2 December 2018 (UTC)
