[edit]You should also read our conflict of interest guideline and be aware that promotional editing is not acceptable regardless of the username you choose. Additionally, if your contributions to Wikipedia form all or part of work for which you are, or expect to be, paid, you must disclose who is paying you to edit.
Please also note that you are permitted to use a username that contains the name of a company or organization if it identifies you individually, such as "Sara Smith at XYZ Company", "Mark at WidgetsUSA", or "FoobarFan87".
If your username does not represent a group, organization or website, you may appeal this username block by adding the text {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}

Thank you. Orange Mike | Talk 00:21, 17 March 2022 (UTC)Requesting assistance
[edit]Hello there! Hope you are all good! Was wondering, whats in the paraphrasing isn’t ideal, I’m willing to learn and have it done myself! I’m fluent in Arabic btw, and that’s how I happened to cite it. Appreciate your assistance Waremedia (talk) 23:49, 16 March 2022 (UTC)
- @Waremedia: there were several issues with your edit (or edits, but the first does not appear to be much different from the second), in general, you need some assistance with your English, it's good, but there are still corrections needed. All content needs to be encyclopaedic in tone. You are hyping up this person, Elhamy Aly Elsebaey, too much, which violates the neutrality policy and possibly the notability policy as well. We don't make content seem exciting, (eg; by adding exclamation marks!). Also, the single source you included doesn't seem to support the content you added. I would be willing to help myself, but I don't speak Arabic, and don't really have time to search out English sources, or try to translate Arabic or other language sources, for what it is you are trying to add.
- Again, I strongly encourage you to post a request for assistance on the article talk page. State what it is you would like to add, include a copy of the text and the source from your last edit, and be patient . If you don't get a response after a couple days, there are other steps you can take, including asking for help from one of the Wikiprojects at the top of the article talk page. Start with the article talk page, you will get the assistance you need and if the content you're trying to add is notable and can be sourced, it will get get added. - wolf 00:50, 17 March 2022 (UTC)
Question
[edit]Hey, I saw the post at Talk:Cyberwarfare, you're now posting as Historicalfrubie, right? - wolf 02:58, 17 March 2022 (UTC)
That’s correct, the other account was disabled because the username somehow was not the best as per Wikipedia Historicalfrubie (talk) 04:50, 17 March 2022 (UTC)
