Carrie-Anne Moss
[edit]Before trying to add another table to the Carrie-Anne Moss article, why not work it all out on a sandbox page such as User:Wallstowalls90/sandbox first? That way you don't have a broken table on the article. Good? Dismas|(talk) 02:47, 17 June 2010 (UTC)

[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia. The recent edit that you made to the page The Fame has been reverted, as it appears to be unconstructive. Please use the sandbox for testing any edits; if you believe the edit was constructive, please ensure that you provide an informative edit summary. You may also wish to read the introduction to editing for further information. Thank you. Access Denied(t|c|g|d|s) 02:01, 16 July 2010 (UTC)
Lindsay Lohan Filmography
[edit]I can see you are in the midst of redoing Lohan's filmography, but you've been advised before to do this sort of thing in your sandbox rather than temporarily have a broken table. Between two of your edits, about 20 minutes elapsed. I was just about to revert your edits because the table was horribly incomplete. I'm going to let you finish because I can see you are trying to add content to the table, but a better way of doing it would be to do each cell of the table, one edit at a time, or do the whole thing in your sandbox.
And editing summaries would be helpful to explain what you are doing and why.--Bbb23 (talk) 23:18, 8 August 2010 (UTC)
You are welcome to edit the content of the filmography if you've appropriate information to contribute. Do not, however, repeat the inappropriate structural changes you've been reverted on. Jack Merridew 00:11, 9 August 2010 (UTC)
- Thanks for your efforts to improve the article. I'm not sure if you are aware of this, but you can put the very same information in Template:Filmography table begin. But, as noted above, please construct it in your sandbox and examine it very carefully for errors before adding it to the article. In fact, I'd suggest leaving it in your sandbox and letting everyone know on Lohan's talk page so others can view it and comment before you make the change. Thanks. - Was that directed at me? I wrote most of {{Filmography table begin}}. It's being deprecated, at this point, and is really only intended as a container for a colour, that we're not using at this point; there's no consensus for teh blue ;) Cheers, Jack Merridew 03:41, 9 August 2010 (UTC)
What part of multiple editors posting to your talk page and reverting your inappropriate edits was not clear? Jack Merridew 04:13, 10 August 2010 (UTC)
- *coughs* again ;) Jack Merridew 04:41, 10 August 2010 (UTC)
Please stop reverting to much older versions of the page without consensus. Discuss at the talk page and gain consensus with other editors before doing so again, or you may be reported and blocked from editing. –Chase (talk) 02:02, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
Please stop disrupting the project. If you continue to revert to much older versions of Lady Gaga discography without discussing at the talk page, you may be blocked from editing. –Chase (talk) 02:06, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
Frankly, it doesn't matter that you like the old version. Consensus is currently for the new version. If you don't like the consensus, you need to discuss before reverting to a much older, drastically different version. What you are doing is disrupting the project. I will not revert your latest edit for awhile as I have hit WP:3RR for today, but if another editor does not revert your edit, I will in a few hours, and if you revert again, you will be reported for repeated disruption. You have been made aware of editing against consensus and yet you continue to do so, so consider this your last warning. –Chase (talk) 02:18, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
- You have continued to edit against consensus, and you have refused to discuss the matter with other editors at the talk page. You have now been referred to an administrator for a potential block. –Chase (talk) 03:21, 15 August 2010 (UTC)
