Request reason:

My IP is Blocked, as an automatic VPN is being used on the network I am under. After reading the help guide, I tried logging in with my account, but the message of being Blocked still came up. I kindly request that atleast my account be unblocked on Wikipedia & Wikidata, so I can edit from any IP as long as I am using my account. I mostly edit Wikidata, have always been polite on talk pages and have never had any complaints. Please let me know if I need to change any settings or if any issues exist from my end.
