I'm afraid I'm going to have to start off your talk page with a request:

• Please don't remove the picture of the woman next to the large Qur'an page from the Qur'an article. If the museum lets women in shorts look at Qur'an pages (she's not even TOUCHING it!) and Muslims aren't picketing the museum, then a picture of her looking at the page is not wrong.

You do not give enough reason for the photo to be removed. As you said, you are making much to do about nothing. Till someone can give a better reason for the photo to be removed, it stays. Jwissick^(t)(c) 00:27, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

Look, there is no reason to start an Wikipedia:Edit war over this. What if this exact artical and photo was in an encyclopedia in the library? What would you do then? Rip out the photo? Get over it. Its just a photo. Jwissick^(t)(c) 05:05, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

Then take your case to Talk:Qur'an. If you can get consensus, then the photo might be removed. Till then, every time you remove it, someone will put it back. You are not the first to have a problem with the photo.. yet it is still there. Make your case on the talk page. Till then leave the photo alone. Jwissick^(t)(c) 08:12, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

Edit warring is not acceptable, and will get you blocked quickly if you do it again. The way we work through conflicts here on wikipedia is through reasoned discussion, and, failing that, our organized dispute resolution processes. Take a look at WP:RFC. Replacing an image with a broken link because you disagree with it's content, by the way, is tantamount to vandalism. Thanks for defending me , I don't know why zora keep saying that I'm Wahhabi, this really upset me , i know and i respect all Muslims trends and i respect every religion and every opinion , all what i tried to do is remove contradiction between the image and the quran , believe me when i tell you there is no single problem if any person was unclean and touch quran , even if he wasn't dressed at all , and the aya in the quran didn't mention physical touching , it means understanding , so if you read the aya again it means "no one can understand (touch) except those who are purified" and purified here means a lot of issues "open minded" , "clean heart" , "kind" , "peaceful", "committing good deeds" ...etc. so my point has nothing to relate the women is standing beside the picture is offending me , NO , she can do what she want , I don't care , My point is "the picture under this key topic gives false interpretation about the figure of women in quran" that's it. again i feel sick for repeating this over and over , i don't want to hurt any body i don't want to hurt Zora or any person , i feel guilty when i see some body attacks me for this , i want to live in peace and to express my beliefs freely. again Jazakom Allah Kol Kheer. No problem. I tried to ask her several weeks ago where she got the idea there a Saudi was making many of the reversions (see User talk: Zora#Why the image is shocking), but she never explained it to me. Instead, she went on to talk about how much she dislikes Saudi Arabia. As you said, you're not a Saudi and so those comments were irrelevent. joturner 06:15, 1 February 2006 (UTC)
