I meant to get back to you earlier ... I don't think you can use the edit you saved on your userpage, because it's almost a direct copy of http://www.naval-history.net/xGM-Chrono-10DD-64Z-Zephyr.htm (warning, for some reason this is suddenly appearing as an "attack site" even though it wasnt a few days ago). If you can retype it and find additional sources of information then you would have a better chance of being able to create the page; however I'm not the best person to be able to help with this kind of situation.
