User talk:Vmarkovna
Welcome!
[edit]Hello, Vmarkovna, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions.
I noticed that one of the first articles you created or edited appears to be an article about yourself. Writing about yourself is a common mistake made by new Wikipedians.
As this is an encyclopedia, we wouldn't expect to have an article about every contributor. We require individuals to meet Wikipedia's definition of a notable person to accept articles about them. A page you created about yourself may well be deleted from the encyclopedia. If it is deleted and you wish to retrieve its contents, don't hesitate to ask anyone from this list and they will copy it to your user page.
If your contributions to an existing article about yourself are undone and you wish to add to or change it, please propose the changes on its talk page.
Here are some pages that you might find helpful:

[edit]Hello, I'm Rsjaffe. I noticed that you recently removed content from João Teixeira de Faria without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. — rsjaffe 🗣️ 22:22, 24 September 2024 (UTC)
- Dear Rsjaffe, no content was removed of relevance to present day; content was restructured to bring to light new fact in relevance essential to honor a human being to present day's time.
- The previous version pre rewrite is criminal malice targeting a human being in criminal persecution. Edits create neutrality to not put death to a human being's biography in which he was targeted in criminal malice. All edits intended to clarify biography of person for acceptance in non hate speech and non criminal malice to a human being's life. Not a single positive fact was written on previous version written, all written in hate with criminal malice targeting this human being. Such is sufficient for this human being to commit suicide and take his own life as his enemies formulated hate speech through this biography of criminal malice to put a human being to death on account.
- This edit creates acceptance and neutrality with new fact, written by an attorney for the welfare of life of this human being for new fact to be known in light of previous written.
- I am an attorney in human rights safeguarding a human being's life with this edit. I would appreciate the restructure of the article, all new within article in the whole article to stay published to honor a human being's life with no criminal malice toward him.
- I appreciate very much, dear Rsjaffe for your understanding. Thank you for your note. If you have any otherf questions, please let me know.

- Do not delete substantiated information. If you have new information to add to the article and you have the reliable references to support it, then go ahead and do that. See WP:PROOF for more detail.
- In your draft autobiography you mention that you're an attorney in the US and US Supreme Court barred. Can you confirm that you are "barred with the US Supreme Court"? — rsjaffe 🗣️ 22:43, 24 September 2024 (UTC)
- The previous version calls this human being in title a convicted sex offender, he has been released upon no fault. The edits are necessary to correct fact.
- I have a barrment certificate from the US Supreme Court. How would you like to receive it? I can email. Vmarkovna (talk) 23:15, 24 September 2024 (UTC)
- Discuss your edits before you do them on the talk page for the article, as the edits are controversial and will need to be reviewed. As to the USSC, never mind. — rsjaffe 🗣️ 23:22, 24 September 2024 (UTC)
- I will write on the edits in depth on the talk page for the article.
- In the meantime, can you please publish Draft, Victoria Markovna? It has been edited and needs to be published. Vmarkovna (talk) 23:52, 24 September 2024 (UTC)
- I am not on the review group. Be patient, you submitted it for review. In the meantime, make sure that every statement that could be challenged is properly supported by a reliable source, and pay attention to notability requirements for biographies. See WP:RS and WP:BIO. — rsjaffe 🗣️ 23:57, 24 September 2024 (UTC)

Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. - The lede in the draft you created about yourself states "best known for representing João Teixeira de Faria and securing his release from prison".
- There is an inherent conflict of interest there to be editing his article while also legally representing him, it is best to cease editing pages you are linked to regardless whether you think changes are necessary (suggesting edits through the talk page would be more appropriate with a COI). Managing a conflict of interest
[edit]Hello, Vmarkovna. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:
- avoid editing or creating articles about yourself, your family, friends, colleagues, company, organization, clients, or competitors;
- propose changes on the talk pages of affected articles (you can use the {{edit COI}} template)—don't forget to give details of reliable sources supporting your suggestions;
- disclose your conflict of interest when discussing affected articles (see Wikipedia:Conflict of interest § How to disclose a COI);
- avoid linking to your organization's website in other articles (see Wikipedia:Spam § External link spamming);
- do your best to comply with Wikipedia's content policies.
In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.
Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicizing, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. Liz Read! Talk! 21:37, 25 September 2024 (UTC)

Unblock of Wikipedia Page
[edit]Vmarkovna (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
My account was blocked inadvertently. I am a first time user and would never mean to make what were labelled “disruptive edits.” There was a page with hate crime on it that necessitated revamp. The editors opposed my edits as disruptive. These edits were necessary to not have hate crime in labeling a human being to his grave. The talk page for the article discussed a do-over for this page due to criminal bias and I tried my hardest to fix a page contested. I am very sorry for the misunderstanding. I have never edited another page, this was my first try. Please forgive the misunderstanding and allow back to Wikipedia.
Decline reason:
You appear to have a conflict of interest in regard to this biography. Your edits removed well sourced content, and replaced it with unsourced content. What do you want to edit, if unblocked? If you want to edit topics where you do not have a conflict of interest, the block could be changed to just this biography. I am not promising anything, but you could propose that, which in my humble opinion would have more chance of being accepted than repeating this unblock request. PhilKnight (talk) 17:33, 5 October 2024 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- The user has a WP:COI for both the article about them and the article of João Teixeira de Faria (where the hint at WP:LEGAL was). R0paire-wiki (talk) 17:54, 5 October 2024 (UTC)
Limit Block To Own Biography
[edit]Vmarkovna (block log • active blocks • global blocks • contribs • deleted contribs • filter log • creation log • change block settings • unblock • checkuser (log))
Request reason:
I was under impression that you could still make edits with a conflict of interest. Please limit block to my own biography. I am a new user. Please give leeway for new users to become familiarized with Wikipedia fresh.
Decline reason:
The ANI thread that precipitated the block indicates a number of different concerns that you'll need to address before you can be unblocked. First off, you need to retract all legal threats, which means addressing the specific statements identified by R0paire-wiki in that discussion as opposed to denying having made any threats. signed, Rosguill talk 13:46, 30 October 2024 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
- Any partial block should definitely include João Teixeira de Faria. PhilKnight (talk) 20:11, 5 October 2024 (UTC)
