They should have a name that is both accurate and intuitive. Wikipedia has some guidelines in place to help with this. Generally, a page should only be moved to a new title if the current name doesn't follow these guidelines. Thanks for your work. Regarding wp:notability; obviously the GNG route is not established. In this context using the SNG route would require establishing that it is commonly recognized as a (currently or previously inhabited) place. Abstract sets of lines on a map (such as statistical tracts , specialized secondary districts etc.) are specifically excluded from passing under the SNG. Suggest establishing this in the sources and article. Happy editing!
