This means the odds of another article being approved any time soon are very low.

For it to happen at all, the issues raised in the deletion discussion will need to be addressed first. Some issues, such as "lack of notability," cannot be fixed through editing. If a topic is truly "not notable enough for Wikipedia" then it cannot be included until things "in the real world" change that make the topic "notable enough."
