Your comment on the RuneScape discussion page
[edit]Hi Vimescarrot. I noticed that you recently addressed a comment to another user on the RuneScape discussion page. Can I please suugest that you read the Wikipedia policies of civility and no personal attacks and urge you to refrain from using such language in future. Talk page spamming
[edit]Hi, the user was spamming talk pages of users to invite them to join another website, this is of no benefit to the encylopedia, and may be considered a nuisance. Wikipedia isn't a vehicle for advertising. Sorry, I have decided to leave a message here instead of the wiki because I don't have an account there and I am not willing to post under my IP address.--Andeh 15:43, 23 September 2006 (UTC)

Furverts Must Die
[edit]Thanks for the warning, but I'm not going to report someone to WP:AIV for vandalizing a page of mine that I invite people to vandalize if they wish. Keeps the garbage off my userpage. (I'm not an administrator myself, so I can't block anyone.) Seraphimblade Talk to me Please review me! 11:05, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
- But, yes, please keep me updated on the socks. Obvious socks can get blocked nice and quickly. Seraphimblade Talk to me Please review me! 11:06, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
- That can be done, but it rarely is. It's only done in cases of extreme abuse from a given address. Seraphimblade Talk to me Please review me! 11:07, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
- I've brought it to the attention of admins. This guy just not very bright or something? Seraphimblade Talk to me Please review me! 11:14, 22 February 2007 (UTC)
The guy is going at it again...
[edit]Just help me. I got vandalized about 20 times over a period of 2 days. Can you report him to AIV or something? You know him, and he's acting like an *** but just, can you help me get the guy to stop? Also, I'm willing to help find sockpuppets made by him. ДҖ--Huanghe63talk 01:33, 27 February 2007 (UTC)

[edit]I saw your greeting to Jessica. She edited in 2001 twice then stopped. I didn't know WP existed the. Want to join the Jessica Fan Club. You can be the president and I'll be the secretary/treasurer. Cam809 22:34, 23 October 2007 (UTC)
Don't I know you?
[edit]I just saw your signature on Talk:Semen (don't ask!), and thought I recognised your username. You may know me as Max Bulldog though. ;-) leevclarke (talk) 03:53, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
It never did me any harm.
[edit]Hi, This refers to your recent question on the RD. I thought I'd pop over here where it is a bit quieter to explain that I had no intention of sparking a debate as Tammy Moet suggests. My original post on the question about the can with no 'best by' date was intended to have little humour and a serious point. I quite agree with you that the phrase "it never did me any harm" is statistically meaningless and like you I sometimes find it irritating (funnily enough not when I wrote it myself - shame on me)When I posted on your question (as above) I was just trying to clarify not annoy. I'm very sorry if I have annoyed you at all, I will continue to treat you with the respect that you deserve. regards Richard Avery (talk) 13:32, 17 June 2009 (UTC) ps, can I ask about the origin of your very mysterious name?
Could it be Anguadetritus? The Night Watch knows. 72.2.54.34 (talk) 01:45, 7 November 2009 (UTC)

[edit]I've added some additional info to last weekend's WT:RD thread and raised the question of whether it's time to suspend PCG's ref desk privileges. As you'd commented in the thread, I specifically want to invite your input. — Lomn 18:32, 15 September 2009 (UTC)

82.43.*
[edit]What do you suggest for 82.43.*. This is an anonymous IP range, so comments to the user cannot be left at the user's talk page. He only stirs up trouble on the Reference Desk, so taking it out of the Reference Desk allows him to be a bigger troll than he already is. Limiting complaints to the RD:Talk page has been practiced so far. There is a clear division. Some users think this is a new user who forgot to sign his post and simply do not understand why anyone would care. Other users recognize that this user has done the same thing for years:
- Chime in on RD:Talk to disagree with whatever is being said. Make sure the disagreement includes some reference to the "rules."
- Wait for someone to point out that he is not signing his posts, as the "rules" state.
- Attempt to get the user to argue with him as long as possible.
It is clear that this user is not being genuine in his comments. He is using the RD:Talk page to bait users into arguments just for the sake of arguing - a troll. Your only suggestion so far is "take it out of the reference desk," which makes no sense to me. -- kainaw™ 19:19, 23 February 2010 (UTC)
Nazi
[edit]I object to your post [1] noting that you introduced the term "Nazi" (capitalised). Your claim that you don't know any better description cannot justify your connecting anyone with the perpetrators of "the ultimate blasphemy" (Michael Bentine speaking about Belsen), the Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei 1920 - 1945. Please learn about the relevant history: The Holocaust, List of Nazi concentration camps, Nuremberg Trials. Cuddlyable3 (talk) 08:08, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
- That would be why I made no such connection, then...? Vimescarrot (talk) 11:41, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
- I want no discussion on my page of how you "would" trivialise Nazism. Cuddlyable3 (talk) 12:45, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
- I'll ignore you, then. Vimescarrot (talk) 12:49, 14 August 2010 (UTC)
