If you want it not to be a redirect to Retamosa, you have to write a valid stub right away that states in no uncertain terms why Retamosa de Cabañas is not the same thing as Retamosa. Otherwise, reinstating an article that contains nothing but a link to Retamosa is considered vandalism, as the purpose is better served by the redirect you are deactivating. -- Blanchardb -Me•MyEars•MyMouth- timed 17:33, 23 January 2012 (UTC)
