- Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
- It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
- If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
- Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
- When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
- If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
- Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.
Happy editing! Cheers, Nsevs • Talk 03:50, 9 February 2023 (UTC)

[edit]Please don't change the format of dates, as you did to Rixensart. As a general rule, if an article has evolved using predominantly one format, the dates should be left in the format they were originally written in, unless there are reasons for changing it based on strong national ties to the topic. Please also note that Wikipedia does not use ordinal suffixes (e.g., st, nd, th), articles, or leading zeros on dates.
For more information about how dates should be written on Wikipedia, please see this page.
If you have any questions about this, ask me on my talk page, or place {{helpme}}
on your talk page and someone will show up shortly to answer your questions. Enjoy your time on Wikipedia. Thank you. Nsevs • Talk 03:51, 9 February 2023 (UTC)
- Wow, you've been busy in your short time on wiki! In reviewing your contributions it looks like you've made this error in other places, would you consider going back to undo those changes? Nsevs • Talk 03:55, 9 February 2023 (UTC)
- Yes, I would like to undo. Vigilant Viewer (talk) 03:57, 9 February 2023 (UTC)
- Please do that very soon. Every one of your edits that I have encountered makes the article worse not better. Please stop editing until you are confident that you can make improvements to articles rather than more work clearing up the mess by other volunteers. [edit] Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you translated text from Mickaël Cosson to another page. While you are welcome to translate Wikipedia content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing requires that you provide attribution to the contributor(s) of the original article. When translating from a foreign-language Wikipedia article, this is supplied at a minimum in an edit summary on the page where you add translated content, identifying it as a translation and linking it to the source page. For example: Content in this edit is translated from the existing French Wikipedia article at [[:fr:Exact name of French article]]; see its history for attribution.
It is good practice, especially if translation is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{translated page}} template on the talk pages of the destination article. If you have added translated content previously which was not attributed at the time it was added, please add attribution retrospectively for that also, even if it was a long time ago. You can read more about author attribution and the reasons for it at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. AlexandraAVX (talk) 11:45, 22 August 2023 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for September 9
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Annette Sawade, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Nordhausen. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
