Obviously they cannot put Muhammad pictures. Obviously they cannot. They are telling Muslims that you are stupid and do not know your own tradition. They are telling us that it is main tradition in Islam to depict Muhammad and we even do not know it. This is even wrong according to wikipedia policy of WP:Undue weight and WP:NPOV. It is against it guideline WP:PROFANITY and add no useful information in the article. Please be around, I will ask your help in a week. Finally remember Wikipedia_is_not_a_democracy.
