Your recent editing history at List of states with limited recognition shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. To resolve the content dispute, please do not revert or change the edits of others when you get reverted. Instead of reverting, please use the article's talk page to work toward making a version that represents consensus among editors. The best practice at this stage is to discuss, not edit-war. See BRD for how this is done. If discussions reach an impasse, you can then post a request for help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, you may wish to request temporary page protection.

Being involved in an edit war can result in your being blocked from editing—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, whether involving the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you don't violate the three-revert rule—should your behavior indicate that you intend to continue reverting repeatedly. Are you the same user?

[edit]

As you seem to be working on the same subject matter, etc., are you Viet-hoian1? --Iryna Harpy (talk) 00:35, 20 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Iryna Harpy! How are you? Yes, l am Viet-hoian1. Once, when I was still editing only in Spanish I forgot my password and then I created this alternative username, and now, for distraction I used this one, instead of Viet-hoian1. If you’re able to speak some Spanish, you may confirm that with my friend editor Gastón_Cuello in the Spanish wikipedia. I’m writing very slowly because I’m having a problem with my keyboard. Greetings! Viet-hoian2 (talk) 19:20, 20 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
Hi! I suspected that might be the case as activity from your previous account ceased when this account was opened. Wikipedia does sometimes have users creating accounts with almost identical monikers specifically to confuse other editors into thinking that they're the known user (see WP:DOPPELGANGER). I just wanted to ensure that it wasn't the case.
I suggest that you inform sysops of what has happened and follow the instructions for aternative accounts. It's best to sort it out now before someone accuses you of duplicitous use of multiple accounts. If you need any more assistance with this, feel free to give me a ping! --Iryna Harpy (talk) 22:59, 20 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

You are suspected of sock puppetry, which means that someone suspects you of using multiple Wikipedia accounts for prohibited purposes. Please make yourself familiar with the notes for the suspect, then respond to the evidence at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Mondolkiri1. Thank you. Toddy1 Hello! As I said above, I created this username since at that time I didn't remember the password for Viet-hoian1. Anyway, I've been barred during 3 months from editing in the English wikipedia due to edit-warring and I'm fine with that.. more time to edit in another language. Nice to meet you but honestly I won't miss this one concerning to some topics. Greetings! Viet-hoian2 (talk) 07:27, 26 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
If you have multiple accounts, and you are blocked on one account, it is forbidden to use the other accounts during the block.-- Toddy1 (talk) 19:39, 26 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
