Status of the lawsuit initiated by the Official Committee of Equity Secuity Holders regarding 3dfx and Nvidia

[edit]

In July, you wrote a comment on the talk page of 3dfx Interactive concerning the above lawsuit, indicating that there was a meeting among the involved parties on August 28, 2008. As I haven't been able to find any further information, I'd like to ask wether you know anything about the current status of this issue. Thanks. Saxbryn (talk) 21:07, 19 October 2008 (UTC) The 3dfx bankruptcy is in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, appeal, Docket # 11-15189. Following is a clerk's order as filed in the docket: 05/01/2012. Oral argument in this case is vacated. Oral argument and submission of this case are deferred pending resolution of In re Bellingham, No. 11-35162 (Argued and Submitted October 13, 2011). The question in In re Bellingham is whether, or in what circumstances, a bankruptcy court has jurisdiction to enter judgment on a fraudulent conveyance action.
