Curious

I'm looking at this page and wondering about what I'm missing. The account in question appears to have made a very small number of edits in total, but the rename at the bottom confuses me. Hello! I'm not 100% certain what the confusion is exactly. It looks to me like they were put under a promotional block, made a username change request, and just never followed through on it. It turns out to be somewhat academic, the "email this user" worked fine anyway. Maury Markowitz (talk) 11:20, 8 October 2015 (UTC)
