The article consisted substantially of material to be found at http://www.microsave.org/static/content/overview-of-microsave, http://www.microsave.org/static/content/microsave-inspiration-mission-and-value, etc. In addition, even if the copyright issue had been dealt with, the page was clearly intended to promote MicroSave, which is contrary to Wikipedia's policy, and would in itself have been sufficient reason for deletion.
